Who do we pay?

The factory, directly. Erdengobi is the factories' representative and is paid by the factory — our service costs buyers nothing extra.

Programme stock is held in North America by our distribution partner; the location depends on the programme. Tell us your region and we will confirm availability before quoting.

Can products carry our brand?

Yes — private label and custom engraving are standard options on most lines, subject to minimums per SKU.

What quality control do you run?

Pre-shipment AQL inspection with a photo/video report on every batch, plus agreed breakage-replacement terms.

What are the minimums?

Programme-based. Pet urn lines start from a mixed pallet; single-SKU minimums vary by factory and are stated on each product page.
