Specification first
A written spec sheet both sides sign off: capacity in cubic inches, materials, finishes, closure type and engraving area. No order runs on a catalogue photo alone.
Documents on file
Lacey Act declarations for wood products, TSCA Title VI certificates for composite wood, and biodegradation certification where a product claims eco status — collected before a line is listed, not after a problem.
Batch inspection
AQL sampling before shipment on every batch, with a photo and video report the buyer can see.
Breakage terms, agreed in advance
Replacement terms for transit breakage are agreed with the factory before the first order and written into the agreement.
